Yoga & Football – Cancelled

Following the Government announcement made on Saturday 31st October, all yoga and sports will be stopped with immediate effect, until further notice.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused during these unprecedented times, and hope you and your families stay safe and well over the next several weeks.

 

Covid-19 response – Hot meals delivered weekly to frontline staff

Though the premises is closed for recreational activities during this pandemic, as a not for profit organisation, we realize we all can play a part in contributing to the nations efforts against the coronavirus epidemic. This is just a small token of our gratitude to those working constantly to protect us, and to ensure the last thing key workers need to worry about is where they will get a warm lunch from. We thank them all for their work.

Friday 26th June:
200 meals were delivered to key workers at 5 Abbey Total Care Homes as well as Underground Staff!

 

 

Friday 19th June:
This week, we served 300 meals of kidney beans and corn curry with rice and peas to front line workers at King George and Goodmayes Hospitals!

 


Friday 12th June:

This week, our volunteers prepared 250 meals of mung bean curry and rice, which were delivered to key workers at Queens Hospital in Romford.

 

Friday 5th June:
On Friday the 5th of June, volunteers prepared and delivered over 265 hot meals to frontline staff at Basildon University Hospital. We thank the sponsors of this week’s meal, FLM Wealth Management who are based in Moorgate, London.

 

Friday 29th May:
On Friday 29th May, volunteers prepared, cooked and delivered 200 hot meals of vegetable curry and rice to frontline workers at Whipps Cross Hospital in Leytonstone.
