Originally part of the royal and historic 16th century Wanstead House Estate, we are surrounded by the picturesque Wanstead Golf Club and scenic Epping Forest woodlands. Combined with excellent transport links, SSW makes a perfect function venue, being secluded yet easily accessible.

Our well maintained grounds are available for outdoor events year round. A range of kitchen and catering facilities are available and we have ample car parking for all of your guests.

– A premier banqueting hall
of 1,975 sq ft including serving area, for up to 250 guests, Kitchen 175 sq ft, WCs
– Serving area
of 800 sq ft, suitable for up to 50 guest with WCs
– Changing rooms and shower facilities
– Two full size regulation football pitches
